We primarily use Australia Post (AusPost) to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are mainly based on the weight of your order either $3 (from 0kg to 5kg) and $6 (from 5kg up). In addition, a $10 shipping flat fee is added to cover the average cost of distance, as shipping distances can vary and are difficult to calculate individually.

On average, the total shipping cost is approximately $13 for most orders. We appreciate your understanding and aim to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently.

If you are living in Adelaide and would like to deduct the fee, you may choose the "Pick up at the city", so we will contact you and make a time to meet you at Rundel Mall.

Return Policy:

At HamuHaus, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Period: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect, we will take the whole responsibility.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a store credit, based on your preference.
